He has assisted several mining companies in understanding their compliance gaps, and developing sustainable and implementable strategies that deliver value beyond compliance. Stelio has also assisted various companies in their innovation, strategy, sustainability and commercialisation endeavours, working across multiple sectors including legal, FMCG, retail, manufacturing, gaming, education, logistics, energy, mining and resources. He began his career as an attorney and has established several successful businesses in the manufacturing, distribution, and consulting spaces prior to joining Monitor Deloitte.
