Sibongile is the Business Transformation Leader in Human Capital (HC)at Deloitte Africa, Consulting—Drawing from her experience, Sibongile’s strategic focus will be to position solutions that work seamlessly with the other Consulting capabilities and the firm —in driving sustainable, innovative, and implementable Business Transformation within the Human Capital area.
This will include driving and deepening HC’s capabilities through collaboration and integration of solutions across the Consulting value chain and the firm. Sibongile has vast experience in the areas of Strategy Articulation and Alignment, Design and Development of the Business Operating Models and Business Processes, Organisation Design, HR and Job Architecture. Sibongile has also delivered solutions on Strategic Change Management and Leadership Alignment.
Sibongile has more than 15 years’ experience as a Business Management Consultant, spanning work in both the Public and Private Sector, having worked previously at Accenture as well, Civil Society both locally and abroad. Sibongile has delivered on various large-scale transformation projects in different geographies, with multi-disciplinary teams. She has managed System Implementation projects; several Strategic Transition initiatives and has driven Business Development. Sibongile has successfully ran her consulting business for the past 6 years.
Sibongile studied Psychology and Social Sciences at the University of Durban Westville and holds a Master of Business Administration from Regenesys Business School.
