Siliziwe is the Leader of the Finance & Performance team servicing the CFO in running a function that is both efficient and effective in servicing the business. We have worked with more than 60 top CFOs on the continent helping them to make a mark in their roles (forming part of the CFO Program Steering Committee). Siliziwe helps CFOs to craft the robust roadmaps that enable them to articulate a clear vision and pragmatic plans.
He is also an experienced facilitator of the CFO and Finance Labs for Deloitte’s most important clients on the African continent (+33 to date). He has worked extensively in the Financial Services Industry designing market entry strategy and detailed operating models using analytics to drive fact-based decisions.
He has also led strategy and operations projects in 19 countries on the continent. Truly making an impact as a Pan African. He has also worked in the Development Economics space having helped to craft the Intra-African Trade Strategy for Afreximbank in 2016.
