Shani is a Senior Manager in Monitor Deloitte for South Africa's Strategy & Operations division and heads up the Economic and Social Strategy team. She joined Deloitte Consulting in June 2010 and has over fourteen years of experience in corporate, business and public sector strategy, institutional strengthening and organisational transformation. From an economic and social strategy perspective she delivered several engagements that deal with foreign direct investment, institutional strengthening, investment-for-economic-development, agricultural transformation, and financial inclusion.
