Samira Bayat

Samira is currently a Manager in the Talent Acquisition team leading the recruitment function for the Strategy, Customer & Marketing and InfinityX graduate program within Deloitte Consulting. Talent is her passion and she views the recruitment and retention of top talent as the cornerstone of growth for any business. Samira has a Bachelor of Social Science Hons (cum laude), majoring in Industrial, Organisational and Labour Studies, from the University of KwaZulu Natal, Durban as well as a Masters in Global Studies from the University of Freiburg, Germany and University of KwaZulu Natal, Durban. On a more personal level, she is a yoga enthusiast, avid foodie, self-confessed bookworm, travel addict and movie buff.
