Ryan Schefermann

Ryan is the Customer Analytics Leader within Risk Advisory Africa. He began his career in software development and ERP implementation before branching into BI and analytics. Ryan’s key focus is in the transformation of organisations to be data driven. Many of Ryan’s projects are related to the “customer agenda” and focus on the application of data to drive business value. Ryan’s engineering background brings a creative approach to data analysis enabling him to generate unique business insights and solve complex problems whilst remaining grounded on solid engineering and information management principles.
