Ricardo is a Director in Deloitte Actuarial & Insurance Solutions based in Johannesburg with over 8 years of experience. Ricardo has had experience in a wide array of audit and consulting work for local and international entities with particular focus in the short-term insurance industry.

He has extensive expertise in IFRS 17, Economic and Regulatory Capital Modelling, ORSA, Risk and Capital Management, Reserving, Actuarial Modelling, Projection modelling, Reinsurance Optimisation and Due Diligence Assessments. He has also been involved in numerous projects involving non-traditional Actuarial analysis such as customer segmentation analysis.
