Paul Orffer is an Associate Director in the Cyber team in Deloitte, South Africa. He is responsible for the operation of the South African Cyber Intelligence Centre and the delivery of its managed security services.

Paul has over 20 years’ Cyber Security experience and has a range of deep technical abilities. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and has a number of certifications which include, CISM, CISSP, HISP, CIPP/IT and SABSA. He previously led the vulnerability management and penetration testing team and has been instrumental with the design and build of the Deloitte Cyber Intelligence Centre and integration of this into the ECC.
