Mo Reynolds

Mo Reynolds is a principal and chief financial officer for Deloitte Risk and Financial Advisory within Deloitte & Touche LLP. As a member of its Executive Committee, she bridges strategy and operations to ensure superior results for the practice.

She has deep experience leading integrated, global teams in internal control assessments, governance, risk, and compliance related activities and during her 19-year career has led client engagements for global manufacturers, helping them solve complex business challenges. She has served in a variety of leadership roles, most recently as a member on the Deloitte's Risk and Financial Advisory Operating Committee and as Operations leader for the Internal Audit and Assurance practices. Mo specializes in providing strategic risk services to manufacturers of consumer and industrial products, chemical, papers, and specialty materials. She has led a variety of cross-functional risk and governance committees related to acquisitions, divestitures, compliance, management, process transformation, and significant ERP implementations to assist organizations in proactive risk identification and mitigation.
