Maanda has 15 years of experience working in Asset Intensive Industries as an Engineer. He has worked in Power Generation for over eight years on coal and renewable capital projects, operations and maintenance, and Outage Management. He has worked in Consulting for the last five years on transformation projects with Energy, Resources and Industrial (ERI) companies. He holds degrees in BSc Electrical Engineering from University of Cape Town and a Masters in Engineering Management from the University of Pretoria.
