Mike Krzychylkiewicz

Mike is the CEO of Deloitte Capital, a business unit which specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions and Debt Advisory services in the South African and African markets. Mike heads up a team of 19 specialists who offer an integrated solution to client needs.

Mike has 18 years of Corporate Finance experience, 10 of which were as Partner successfully heading up the M&A business at PwC in Africa. He has originated and led a host of complex M&A mandates in a variety of industries, including disposals, acquisitions, ground-breaking black economic empowerment transactions and distressed M&A deals. His sector expertise includes agriculture, property, private equity, business services, mining services, healthcare and water treatment.
