Louis leads the Monitor Deloitte practice in Africa. He has extensive consulting experience and has been involved in a wide range of strategic and transformation engagements. Louis is a strategic thinker with experience advising  clients on growth strategy, business model transformation, strategic cost transformation, capital project optimisation and capital allocation.  He has experience across various industries including the oil & gas, mining and the electricity utility industry.
