Lerato Sithole leads the Managed Services practice within Consulting which provides multi-year Application Management and Outsourcing solutions to a blue chip client portfolio locally and globally.
Lerato started her career at a leading Energy and Resource company in South Africa. She has also served in various industries, including Mining & Resources, FSI and Management Consulting.
Lerato has worked at three of the Big Four Professional Services Firms. Prior to joining Deloitte, Lerato served as the Managing Partner and Commercial Director for Africa in the area of sustainability at one of the global providers of environmental, health, safety, risk, and social consulting services.
Lerato obtained a BCom from the University of South Africa and completed an Executive Development Programme at Wits Business School. Lerato is passionate about sustainability and Renewable Energy in addition, she holds a clean Power Professional Certificate from Imperial College London.
