A Chartered Marketer, Leisl has 15 years of experience working for Deloitte in the United Kingdom and Africa. She brings a deep understanding of the board and executive ecosystem and the global trends impacting the board agenda. This insight is apparent as she curates the Non-Executive Director Programme in Africa. Leisl has led a number of research projects investigating the skills, experiences and attributes required of Chairs and CEOs as they seek to have the desired impact within their roles. She is a passionate promoter of diversity and inclusion in particular developing the next generation of female boardroom talent.
