Karabo specialises in integrated reporting and ESG reporting advisory services and has extensive experience working with multiple clients over the past 10 years across multiple sectors from financial reporting through to governance, ESG and integrated reporting applications. Corporate reporting solutions that he helps lead in the Africa market range from initial implementation of reporting frameworks, reporting process and system optimisation, reporting automation and audit -readiness solutions.
Karabo is part of the team that leads the integrated and ESG reporting solutions of the Workiva Alliance – a cloud-based SAAS solution which automates internal and external reporting outcomes for CFOs and their teams. He has experience leading Workiva implementation teams at clients looking to automate their internal and external reporting.
Karabo has extensive experience in developing integrated reporting and ESG reporting methodologies and processes having worked directly with the Deloitte Assurance Services Global team developing the firm’s Integrated Reporting Advisory toolkit methodology, related training and thought leadership pieces.
