Juane Lucas

Juane joined the Human Capital Service Area (Advisory – Recruitment Solutions) in 2005 as a Consultant, whereby her role encompassed being accountable for assisting in the establishment of all processes and procedures regarding the employment and on boarding of Technology Independent Contractors and Fixed Term Employees within Consulting. She was one of two people who assisted in the start-up, and commercialisation of the Flexible Resources Management business in 2006 which encompassed new business development, client resourcing as well as streamlining of all activities and processes from a legal perspective. As the Business Unit Leader, she oversees all operations, team and financial management activities with an emphasis on revenue growth and generation.
