As the leader of the Strategic Change, Culture and Leadership practice, She is recognised as an expert in Organisational, Workforce, and People Transformation. A registered Industrial Psychologist (PS 021 5610), Jessica brings a wealth of consulting and HR operational experience, having worked as both a consultant and HR Business Partner across a range of industries, successfully leading and delivering large-scale projects.
Jessica is passionate about driving people transitions across work, workforce, and workplace facilitating culture change, and supporting clients in embedding new ways of working as part of their transformation agendas. Recent experience includes the implementation of a new finance operating model for a major Consumer Services client, as well as leading the design, development, and implementation of a data governance and analytics function for a mining client in Africa, aligned to a digital culture programme.
Additionally, Jessica has led an organisational development, culture, and change portfolio for a global mining client during the rollout of a new operating model, and served as the workforce SME to design the future operating model for a mining client in Africa, re-architecting work around core capabilities and successfully transitioning the workforce to new roles and ways of working. She also led the strategic alignment and business readiness stream for a large IT operating model implementation, and enabled a client to activate a digital fluency programme across all levels within an FMCG organisation.
