James Henshall-Howard

James is an Associate Director in the Financial Services Advisory (FSA) division of Deloitte Africa. He forms part of the leadership team covering Corporate Treasury service offerings for financial and non-financial institutions. James is a senior treasury professional with over 18 years’ experience in financial services, particularly within asset management and insurance. His experience includes financial risk management, cash and liquidity management, fixed income investment and ALM portfolio management, securities finance, and debt capital markets. James has direct experience in leading high performing teams for both local and pan-African treasury operations. His responsibilities have included strategic development of treasury functions including treasury systems, operating model design and establishing sound governance structures.
