Jadyne Devnarain

Jadyne is a senior associate director in the tax dispute resolution (TDR) team, with over 14 years’ experience as a tax lawyer. She co-leads the TDR division and is highly skilled in tax litigation, high-profile disputes such as transfer pricing and General Anti-Avoidance Rule (GAAR),and drafting key legal documents for Tax Court proceedings. She advises on dispute management, stakeholder mapping, and defence file preparation.

Jadyne is a regular industry and media contributor and served as a panellist at the South African Institute of Taxation’s (SAIT) Annual Tax Indaba. She is also an active member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants’ Tax Dispute Resolution Working Group and SAIT’s Working Group on Tax Administration.
