Heidi has over 13 years of experience in digital. She has progressed from digital design, to UX, digital marketing, project management and then to digital business management and transformation strategy. She has been a Senior Manager in Digital Advisory in Deloitte Consulting Africa since April 2016 and specialises in Digital Transformation, Rapid Proposition Design and Executive Lab facilitation.
Heidi is a true digital polymath. Her broad experience spans from design thinking, to business strategy, to marketing, project management and everything in-between. Her passion for digital transformation led her to specialise in the correlation between digitalisation of systems, employee engagement, customer experience and financial performance (as per the Harvard Business School Service-Profit Chain).
Heidi currently holds the positions of Digital Transformation Ecosystem Lead for Deloitte Africa, Digital Transformation Capability Lead inside Customer & Marketing, and Market Gravity Lead for Deloitte Africa.
In her capacity, she has developed an unique offering designed to diagnose the digital transformation maturity of African organisations, in addition to her strategy work on business transformation projects.
