Hanno is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa specialising in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, intra-group reorganisations and due diligence work. He has acted on behalf of a number of international and local private equity clients in their local cross-border acquisitions and disposals, two of which transactions were awarded the DealMakers Private Equity Deal of the Year.
