Francis, a South African Chartered Accountant, is an Associate Director in the Financial Services (FS) Advisory team of Deloitte South Africa and has over 10 years of experience working in financial services.
Francis’s area of expertise is financial services risk, governance and regulatory compliance where she has worked with a wide range of clients in an advisory capacity and as and external auditor.
Francis is a member of the EMEA Centre for Regulatory Strategy and leads the development of the EMEA Centre for Regulatory Strategy - Africa Desk. The Africa Desk identifies emerging financial services regulatory changes and assess the strategic, operational and financial impacts of existing and emerging regulation on FS businesses that operate in East, West, Central and Southern Africa.
