Fariel re-joined the Deloitte Forensic Advisory Service Line in 2023, bringing +18 years of experience across sectors in the Forensic Investigations and Technology field. She has worked with clients across Africa and the European Regions. She is currently part of the ACFE SA Cyber Steering Committee and holds the FP(SA) designation from the ICFP.
Fariel is an experienced leader with regards to Forensic Solutions and Technology enablement, and is considered a trusted advisor to clients. Her experience spans leading Forensic Investigations, Forensic Data Analytics, Digital & Cyber Forensics, Corporate & OSINT, and eDiscovery Services. She is passionate about embedding technology, analytics and relevant solutions as part of the Forensic Investigation, to create effectiveness in mitigating fraud, waste and abuse that clients may be exposed to.
