Derek Schraader is the Deloitte Africa Engineering Leader. In this role, he is responsible for driving joint go‑to‑market execution with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and accelerating Advisory, Product and Platform Engineering, Data, AI and cloud-led transformation across the region. He is responsible for enabling scalable, alliance-driven growth, and driving the adoption of Agentic AI across the member firm, positioning it as a core capability for client delivery and go-to-market offerings.
