Doreen Mbogho

Doreen is the Africa Business Process Solutions Leader based in Deloitte Kenya. She is also the Talent Partner in Deloitte East Africa. She holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, UK and is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA (K)).

She has over 20 years’ experience, serving in various capacities, initially as an auditor and currently as a Business Process Solutions practitioner in the fields of Finance & Accounting, Human Resources & Payroll Services and Tax Compliance and Reporting.

She is passionate about mentoring young people in life skills and career growth, in which she has extensive experience.
