Damian is an experienced leader of major programs and globally recognised expert in delivery of complex transport policy reform, major events, operational technology and national infrastructure. Damian has a broad range of experience across the Public Sector, Road Charging and Major Event delivery with 15 years of experience in the UK market and a further 8 in Australia. Damian relocated back to Australia in 2020 and leads Deloitte’s Infrastructure, Transport and Regional Government business nationally.

Damian specialises in:

  • Programme and project management within a public sector environment, including commercial model setup, negotiation, and management of major external suppliers.
  • Delivery of major public infrastructure projects and industry reform in regulated environments. 
  • Experience in delivery of infrastructure and operational requirements for Olympic and Paralympic Games, including London 2012 and Brisbane 2032.
  • Leadership of business critical projects in media sensitive environments. Experience in high pressure cutover scenarios involving people, data, technology and logistics.
