Cecile Lötter

Cecile is a Senior Manager within the Financial Services Advisory division of the Deloitte Africa member firm. She supports the Reference Rate Reform proposition in the team, and various other financial markets infrastructure initiatives. Cecile has a broad background in quantitative finance and risk management as well as front office experience as portfolio manager and trader.
