Candice Mncwabe is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Human Capital division, specialising in total rewards advisory.
She advises boards, remuneration committees and executive leadership teams on executive pay, incentive design, remuneration governance and enterprise-wide reward strategies. Her experience spans listed and multinational organisations with experience across Africa, Americas and Europe, helping clients develop commercially effective, governance-led reward frameworks aligned to business strategy.
Candice is an active thought leader, regularly publishing research and articles and is a frequent speaker and panel moderator on various reward and human capital related topics. She serves on the South African Reward Association Western Cape Committee and is Chairperson of the SARA Early Careers Committee where she leads initiatives to develop and elevate the next generation of reward professionals.
Candice is also a Chartered Reward Specialist (SARA), an industry mentor, and recipient of the 2025 SARA Young Professional Award.
