Brad spent 11 years with Standard Bank’s Corporate and Investment Bank primarily within the Structured Finance Division, focusing on debt solutions for corporate and institutional clients.
In the last 4 years of this period, he headed up the SBG team within the Structured Finance Division, focusing on innovative financing solutions for the Standard Bank Group.
Brad then moved to Absa Capital, for 3 years, where he headed up the Structured Capital Markets team with a similar focus on innovative debt solutions for corporate / institutional clients as well as the Absa / Barclays Group. In addition he was a member of the Absa Capital Tax Committee, as well as the Capital Management Committee.
For the last 10 years Brad has been providing independent advisory services to various clients regarding their financial structure, arranging and executing debt solutions and assisting with their transactional risk management needs (FX , interest, equity).
Brad is a qualified Chartered Accountant (“CA(SA)”), holds a HDip Tax and has a certificate in Commercial Credit from Moody’s.
