Billy is a senior associate director in the Deloitte Africa Tax Legal practice in South Africa and has been specialising in transfer pricing for more than two decades.
He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Billy’s focus is on delivering client assignments to many South African and foreign based multinationals across a wide range of industries.
He has been included numerous times in the Euromoney biannual publication “Guide to the World’s Leading Transfer Pricing Advisors”. Billy has also been recognised as a "World Transfer Pricing - Highly Regarded Practitioner" in the latest International Tax Review’s World Tax rankings.
He has worked extensively on pan-African transfer pricing assignments, including planning, negotiations with revenue authorities of multiple countries, dispute resolution and preparation of documentation of transfer pricing documentation. Billy has also appeared as an expert witness in a transfer pricing dispute in Botswana.
