Amit’s expertise resides largely in the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics subject areas. He has extensive delivery, global business consulting and management experience, through successfully leading BI/analytic teams in several large implementation programmes. At Deloitte, he has been involved in developing BI strategies for clients, leading large BI implementations and providing technology and solution architecture services. He began his career with software vendors before transitioning into a deeper focus on software agnostic delivery and leading practice. His focus is in the transformation of organisations to be data driven by harnessing cutting edge thinking and technology. Amit’s philosophy is to use a pragmatic value-driven approach to constructing information platforms and organisations that are grounded on solid information engineering and information management principles.
