Annemarie has over 30 years of experience in consulting in the field of taxation and advises on tax issues across a range of industries including telecommunications, technology, retail, financial services, mining, aviation, and manufacturing.
Her clients are predominantly multinationals and listed entities and she has developed a network which enables access to the right resources. Annemarie is the lead tax director to a number of strategic clients of the firm. She also has extensive experience in the public sector including the privatisation and commercialisation of state-owned entities and parastatals and public private partnerships.
Annemarie advises on tax related issues across the mergers and acquisition lifecycle, inclusive of due diligence engagements and has a deep understanding of tax related issues relating to the banking sector in South Africa.
She is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation.
