Andrew leads the Mergers & Acquisitions offering for Consulting Africa, which works with our specialist M&A capabilities across the firm to help our corporate and private equity clients plan, close and execute value accretive acquisition and divestiture activities. He advises on business and growth strategy, acquisition and divestiture execution, organisational configuration and effectiveness, cost reduction, and performance improvement. Andrew is principally focussed on the mining, industrial and consumer sectors. He has a background in multi service line buy and sell side due diligence, with other transactional experience including hostile bid defence, IPO and other capital and debt market projects.
