Audrey Chitewe is deeply passionate about the continent, Africa and constantly seeking opportunities that enable her to contribute to its success. She currently serves as the Africa World Impact Lead in the Executive Office, collaborating with practitioners across the continent and globally in the implementation of the Deloitte WorldClass initiative to impact 100million lives globally, and closer to home, here in Africa as we strive to impact 20 million lives by 2030 through Education, Entrepreneurship and Agriculture. Audrey has over fifteen years (thirteen of which are at Deloitte) industry diverse experience, which cuts across strategy, business development, intrapreneurship, sustainability, accounting and finance in a number of African countries.
Previously, she worked as the Chief of Staff in the Executive office of the Deloitte Central Africa region, the Director of the "List," a networking platform for the top upcoming future leaders in the top 100 companies in Zimbabwe and served as the Deloitte Africa 2018 Millennial Board Chairperson. She is constantly looking for ways in which organisations can leverage multi-generational workforces and currently looks after the Africa NextGen Advisory Council (formerly the Millennial Board) programme on behalf of the Africa Executive sponsor. The Africa NextGen Advisory Council acts as an advisory committee to the Africa Executive Committee.
