Amilah Costandius

Amilah is an Insurance and Investment Management (Savings) sector lead and a Senior Manager in Strategy and Innovation at Deloitte Africa. She worked in the strategy and operating model environment for over 10 years and has deep experience in the practical application of strategy and operating models. Amilah has experience both in commercial roles within, and consulting to, financial services companies across the EMEA region in matters involving corporate finance, M&A and deals, strategy and innovation, front-, middle- and back office; and related technologies.

Her client delivery focus is on strategy, business design, in-depth operating model design and implementation which stretches across the spectrum of the financial services industry value chain – from product configuration and pre-sales to servicing and data structures.

Amilah is a qualified CA(SA) and holds a B.Acc (Hons) degree from the University of Stellenbosch. Her recent accolade is being recognised as a finalist for the Global Women in Tech Excellence awards.
