Reynald is a transformation leader with a background in psychology, professional sports, and consulting. After IT consulting at Atos, he led digital strategy and business transformation initiatives at global financial service provider Aegon and finished an executive education program at IESE business school. With a drive for promoting equality and creating opportunities, he moved to Africa Talent to help grow the initiative and its impact. Reynald is responsible for Africa Talent’s customer relationships, business development, operations and finance.
