Deloitte are proud to participate in the prestigious Expo Real 2023, an international trade fair for property and investment, being held at Messe München exhibition centre in October.

Expo Real caters to the full spectrum of the property sector, offering an international networking platform for the key markets of Europe, the Middle East and the US. The fair’s extensive programme of conference events, featuring some 400 speakers, gives participants valuable insight into the latest trends and innovations in the property, investment and finance market.

Our team looks forward to meeting you in Munich at our booth: A3.211 in Hall A. We will be running an expert Real Estate survey on our booth for the duration of the conference. Results of which will be released in the daily Expo newsletters.

Michael Mueller

Deloitte - Germany
Michael Müller is responsible for and manages Deloitte's nationwide activities in Industry Real Estate. He is the Deloitte Global ESG Leader and a member of the global Deloitte Real Estate Leadership Executive. The focus of his work is the auditing and advising of companies and groups of companies in the real estate industry. Michael Müller is also a lecturer in international accounting (IFRS) and a member of various real estate industry associations and commissions.

Siobhan Godley

Deloitte - United Kingdom
Siobhan has advised on real estate transactions with acquisition values in excess of £6.8 billion over the last two years specialising in complex inbound and joint venture transactions with strong credentials in advising institutions across the US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Siobhan is a frequent presenter at UK and overseas tax conferences and client seminars. Siobhan is also current Chair of the UK chapter of CREW – a business networking and sponsoring forum for advancing the career of women working in real estate.

Alberto is the partner responsible for Real Estate at Deloitte Spain. Alberto began his professional career at Deloitte 22 years ago and became a Partner in 2008. He is specialized in Real Estate transactions, M&A, debt financing and refinancing processes. Some of his main clients are: Merlin Properties, Apollo, Castlelake and Värde. Alberto has been a speaker at relevant real estate market events such as the Barcelona Meeting Point, GRI and the Financial Sector Meeting.

Lize Griffiths

Deloitte - Luxembourg
Lize is a member of the Deloitte Global Real Estate Executive Committee. Lize leads initiatives that impact the real estate industry and coordinates it between the various Deloitte Member firms in her role as Real Estate Sector leader of Deloitte Luxembourg and DCE. She is also a board member of ALFI (Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry) and vice-chair of the ALFI Regulatory Advisory Board Lize holds a B.Accounting (Honours) degree from the University of Stellenbosch and audit certifications in Luxembourg (Reviseur d’Entreprise Agréée), Lize is also a fellow member of ACCA, an US Certified Public Accountant, as well as a South African Chartered Accountant. Lize is fluent in English.

Miroslav Linhart

Dominik Stojek

Dominik has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry gained both in Deloitte and international real estate agencies. He has been with the company since 2003, when he started building a real estate team in the tax department. After a break of several years, during which Dominik worked in the investment departments of international real estate agencies, he returned to Deloitte. Since 2016, he has been successfully building and strengthening a real estate consulting team that specializes in real estate transactions, brokerage services, due diligence services, valuations and market and commercial real estate analyses. Dominik holds the title of CCIM and is a member of RICS.

In the real estate industry, Danny focuses on VAT consulting for clients in the private (e.g. real estate developers, REITs, hospitals, senior housing, etc.) and public sectors and the broad corporate market at national and international level.  Besides the specific VAT topics (e.g. reduced VAT rates, VAT exemptions), he has also good knowledge of alternative financing of real estate and transfer duties. Danny is, together with Marc Van tieghem, also the lead for the Legal Management Consulting (LMC) offering. Danny is a recommended lawyer in the Chambers Europe and Legal 500 directories.
