Dmytro Pavlenko
Partner, Attorney-at-Law, Head of Tax & Legal
Dmytro Pavlenko is a Partner and the Head of Tax & Legal Department in Deloitte Ukraine. He is leading Legal and Business Processes and Solutions (BPS) practices. He has PhD in Law and is Attorney-at-Law.
Dmytro has an extensive experience working as a lawyer specializing in support of M&A deals and advising clients on corporate, contract, antimonopoly and labor law.
He also focuses on public sector including lawmaking and infrastructure projects and leads the industrial group “Infrastructure” at Deloitte Ukraine. He is the author of many scientific and practical publications in the field of law.
Viktoriia Sydorenko
Senior Lawyer, Tax & Legal
Viktoria Sydorenko is a Senior Lawyer at Tax & Legal department, who joined Deloitte Ukraine in 2016 and has over 10 years of professional experience in the field of corporate, banking, commercial, labor and contractual law.
Viktoria is providing legal advice to multinational and Ukrainian companies, in particular operating in the field of IT, financial and banking services, agricultural industry in relation to a number of questions related to their business activity.
Viktoria, also, has extensive and solid experience in legal advisory services and legal support for M&A transactions.
Anton Bychkov
Senior Lawyer, Tax & Legal
Anton Bychkov is a Senior Lawyer at Tax & Legal department, who joined Deloitte Ukraine in 2017 and has over 10 years of professional experience in the field of corporate and contractual law, privatization, legal support for M&A transactions, IPO, international law and arbitration.
Anton has experience of work at legal department of State Property Fund of Ukraine, representation of the interests of the State in privatization cases, legal due-diligence and legal support for M&A transactions, IPO, providing legal advice to multinational and Ukrainian companies in relation to investment projects.
Anton, also, has LL.M. in International and Commercial Law, World Trade Specialist, the University of Buckingham (UK).
Mykhailo Koliadintsev
Attorney-at-Law, Lawyer, Tax & Legal
Mykhailo Koliadintsev joined Deloitte Ukraine in 2018.
Mykhailo also has experience of work as a lawyer specializing on litigation services with a domestic law firm and as an in-house lawyer and over 10 years of experience in dispute resolution.
He advises domestic and international clients on corporate law and litigation as well as other areas of law.
He is also responsible for legal support of tax audits and litigations as well as other dispute resolution related projects.
Another his focus is working on innovations in law, especially in using Artificial Intelligence for Dispute Resolution.
Roman Makarchuk
Attorney-at-Law, Lawyer, Tax & Legal
Roman Makarchuk joined Deloitte Ukraine in 2017.
Roman has experience of work as a lawyer specializing in tax consulting and tax litigation services with a domestic law firm and as a CEO of one of the Ukrainian web-sources specializing in tax law, and has 10 years of professional experience.
He advises domestic and international clients on corporate law and litigation as well as other areas of law.
He is also responsible for legal support of tax audits and litigations, on-going legal advice on issues related to communication with tax authorities, including negotiations with tax authorities, as well as other dispute resolution related projects.
