Volodymyr Vakht

Volodymyr is an experienced leader with over 30 years of expertise in audit, consulting, risk management, and technology development. He leads the engineering, AI, and data practice in Ukraine.

He has been with Deloitte for over 30 years, including more than 10 years as the head of Deloitte’s office in Ukraine. Volodymyr has served leading national and international clients in business transformation, financial reporting, organizational design, and business process improvement.
As the Director of LLC "Deloitte Technology Services" and Head of the Risk Management Department at Deloitte Ukraine, Volodymyr drives strategic initiatives focused on adopting innovative technologies, including AI-based solutions, and improving company efficiency.
His achievements include the successful international expansion of Deloitte’s operations, development of technological solutions for clients, talent development, and team scaling.
Volodymyr is also actively involved in philanthropy and supporting professional development, reflecting his dedication to both business and society.
