Academic Requirements

We know grades are not the be-all and end-all; we are just as interested in your creative thinking and how you tackle a challenge. However, due to the volume of applications for the annual graduate recruitment program, we do have set minimum requirements to apply. Please check to ensure that you have met the minimum qualifications prior to application (or in progress to be completed before joining) to avoid your application being rejected.

Kenya

• KCSE
  
  • Overall B+ and above
  • B+ and above in Mathematics
  • B+ and above in English
• GCSE
  • Overall A
  • A in Mathematics
  • A in English
• Degree Results
  • Upper Second Class Honours Degree and above (or equivalent)

Uganda

• O Levels
  • 1st grade in “O” level with at least credit 3 in Maths & English (or equivalent). Have at least 16 points in 3 principle subjects in “A” level.

  • Upper Second Class Honours Degree and above (or equivalent) 

Tanzania

• Secondary Education
  • Division 1 in O’level and A’level
  • B and above in Mathematics and English in O’level
• Degree Results
  • Upper Second Class Honours Degree and above (or equivalent)

Degree

• Bachelor’s degree from a local or international university in any discipline.
• Graduated by July of current recruitment year or graduated in the preceding year.
• Qualification or pursuing qualification in CPA or ACCA will be an added advantage.
