Their unique perspectives, shaped over years in both elite athletics and professional services, will certainly spark meaningful conversation about how to advance key social issues in both settings.
Harnessing athletic resilience for better mental health
The session featured a conversation with three Olympians—who are also Deloitte colleagues—they talked about mental health and resiliency in sport. They shared some of their own experiences with stress and adversity, and some of the strategies they’ve developed to help them take care of their mental wellbeing.
