He leads Deloitte’s HR Technology Strategy practice and is an active speaker/blogger in the market on HR related technology trends. With more than 20 years of consulting experience, much of Gary’s career has been focused on large scale technology led Human Resources Transformation programs. His experience includes leading projects across multiple industries and geographies spanning the full spectrum of the HR Transformation life cycle from Strategy and Planning through Implementation and Operations. Over the last nine years, Gary’s has focused on HR Technology Strategy and the incubation of Emerging HR technologies and solutions.

Alexander has served in various leadership and engagement partner roles on numerous large-scale HR transformation projects enabled by ServiceNow HRSD.

Doug leads the ServiceNow HR Transformation practice at Deloitte Australia. He has more than a decade of HR technology experience, seven specializing in ServiceNow HRSD, and has advised Fortune 500 companies in North America, Europe and Asia on their strategy, governance, value and programme management. He works with clients to enable them to achieve their business outcomes and success with ServiceNow. As a certified HRSD implementer and business advisor, he is passionate about helping to ensure clients achieve value from their technology investments in ServiceNow by making sustainable choices. He has led some of Deloitte Australia’s largest ServiceNow HRSD projects and has supported ServiceNow’s most complex customers to optimize HRSD. He brings his experiences to a cohesive point of view on creating unified employee experiences across technologies.
