Robert Yu joined Deloitte & Touche in 1994 and has dedicated nearly 30 years to audit services, building a distinguished track record across various industries, including energy, resources and industrials, financial services, biotechnology and healthcare, as well as high-tech, media, and telecommunications.
In addition to auditing listed companies, Robert Yu has extensive experience with initial public offerings（IPOs） in Taiwan and has played a key role in assisting foreign enterprises in listing in Taiwan. He has also helped multiple overseas-listed companies issue Taiwan Depositary Receipts（TDRs）. In recognition of his contributions, he was awarded "First Place" by the Taiwan Stock Exchange for both domestic and foreign company primary and secondary listing applications. Beyond audit services, Yu has also advised several listed companies on corporate mergers and spin-offs.
