Robert Yu is the Vice Chairman of Deloitte & Touche in Taiwan. He joined Deloitte & Touche in 1994 and has over 30 years of professional experience in audit and assurance services. His industry expertise spans Energy, Resources & Industrials, Financial Services, Life Sciences & Healthcare, as well as Technology, Media & Telecommunications.

Robert has long been responsible for audit engagements of publicly listed companies and possesses extensive hands-on experience in initial public offerings (IPOs) in Taiwan. He has played a key role in assisting foreign companies with listings in Taiwan and has also advised overseas-listed companies on the issuance of Taiwan Depositary Receipts (TDRs). In recognition of his outstanding contributions, he has been awarded “First Place” honors by the Taiwan Stock Exchange for both domestic and foreign company primary and secondary listing applications.

In addition to audit services, Robert also provides advisory services on mergers, demergers, and other related corporate transactions for numerous listed companies, earning strong trust from clients.
