Our 2024 report, based on the latest data, focuses on key topics such as artificial intelligence, digital subscriptions, smart devices, and connectivity preferences.

Key Findings:

The use of generative AI is on the rise in Türkiye, with one in two people utilizing this technology, primarily for personal needs.

Ownership of tablets, laptops, smart TVs, and smartwatches is increasing, while desktop computers and gaming consoles are becoming less popular. Social media has overtaken TV as a primary source for following current events, and security considerations play a crucial role in online shopping habits.

Subscription rates for video and music platforms have peaked, while interest in podcasts and mental health apps continues to grow. However, fitness subscriptions are declining, with cost concerns being the primary reason for cancellations.

Broadband internet usage in Türkiye stands at 58%, with the 18-44 age group increasingly seeking alternative connectivity options. Home internet satisfaction is at 64%, with the highest satisfaction among 35-44-year-olds. Demand for higher speeds and better coverage is a key factor in provider switching decisions.
