How do I register?
Thank you for showing interest in our Deloitte TaxMax seminar. You may register to the event via registration form before registration ends on Thursday, 30 October 2025.
Is there any discount for groups of participants?
Yes, a discounted fee is offered for group booking of three (3) or more delegates. Please refer to our brochure or registration form for further details.
Does this apply to groups with different entities?
Yes, as long as it is indicated the same group name in the registration form.
Do I get a certificate of attendance?
Upon completion of the seminar, an e-certificate will be issued once attendance and full payment have been confirmed.
How many CPD/CPE hours will be granted for TaxMax?
While there may be some differences between different awarding bodies, the number of CPE hours claimable is 7 hours. Please check with the respective professional bodies on the actual number of CPE hours which can be claimed.

I’ve registered, but I can’t attend the session.
Once the registration form has been submitted, unfortunately a refund will not be provided for any cancellation. However, you may nominate a substitute delegate instead to attend the seminar in your place.
Please inform us of your replacement before Monday, 30 October 2025 at mytaxmax@deloitte.com and we will assist accordingly. There is no extra charge for the replacement.
Is the seminar HRDC claimable?
Our seminar is Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC) claimable. The HRDC course ID is 10001596630, certified trainer is Chee Ying Cheng, training provider ID is 36421T.
Please ensure grant approval is obtained prior to event registration and to provide grant ID in the registration form.

How many participants does HRDC allow claims for?
HRDC allows maximum 9 participants under the same grant application.

Is the invoice issued to my company for HRDC?
The invoice will be issued directly to HRDC for the seminar fee; no invoice will be issued to your company by Deloitte as this is not required for the application process.
You may provide our brochure to facilitate the HRDC application process as our seminar fee details are provided on page 4 of the Deloitte TaxMax brochure.

Please note that in the event of unsuccessful HRDC claim, the registrant will be liable for full payment of seminar fee.
I submitted a HRDC grant but could not attend.
Due to the lack of attendance, the HRDC claim for the registrant is invalid. As such, the full seminar fee will be invoiced to the company for payment within 30 days.
