He has worked primarily in the intersection of business and IT with business led digital transformation, covering transformation projects, regulatory projects as well as system implementation projects. In addition, Per has extensive experience of agile transformation, both from a transformative and operational perspective in banking & capital markets.

Jonas Malmlund

Jonas Malmlund is lead partner for the Strategy, Analytics and M&A practice as well as lead partner for Deloitte's industry group Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) in the Nordics. With close to 20 years of experience from management and IT consulting, Jonas has a broad experience including areas such as strategy, program management, cost reduction, innovation and growth engagements. His primary focus is telecom and media. Having worked with some of the largest companies in the Nordics, he has built a strong expertise in delivering high profile engagements for demanding clients. Jonas holds an MSc in Computer & System Sciences from Stockholm University.

Sam Mottaghi

Sam Mottaghi is a Partner and leads Deloitte’s AI & Data practice in Sweden. He has over 20 years of experience supporting large, complex organizations in delivering data, analytics, and AI transformation. He has particularly worked with major Nordic and European financial institutions to drive value from AI and data. His work includes AI strategy, enterprise data governance, operating model design, and analytics transformation programs, helping organizations build robust data foundations and improve how AI and data is used in decision-making and operations. Sam holds an MSc in Computer Science from KTH in Stockholm, and an MBA from University of Cambridge.

Johan Näs

Johan is a Partner within Strategy, Risk & Transaction Advisory, with a special focus on financial services and private equity. Johan holds a Master of Economics degree from Hanken School of Economics and has over 25 years of experience in the consulting industry and banking sector. Most recently, he was a Partner and Nordic head of financial institutions at Kearney. He has also held senior roles at Boston Consulting Group, Nordea Wholesale Banking, and McKinsey. Johan joined Deloitte in March 2026. In his new role, he will be a key figure in the continued development of Deloitte’s advisory services within financial services and private equity in the Nordic market.

Erik Olin

Erik is Country Managing Partner for Deloitte in Sweden, based in Stockholm and with more than 20 years’ experience of providing advisory and attest services to multinational TMT companies as well as start-ups and growth companies. He has extensive experience from public company reporting under IFRS/ISA from large cap and down and have recent experience from supporting multiple clients through an IPO process. Erik has substantial experience of clients undergoing finance transformation, including establishment of CoEs and SSCs and the corresponding implementation of centralised risk and control frameworks supported by analytics technology. Erik was seconded to one of the largest telecom operators in the world for a year to support a finance transformation journey gaining real life experience from the finance function/BI function of large international corporate.

Ajla Talovic

Ajla leads Deloitte’s Strategy practice in Sweden. The practice focuses on the offerings Innovation & Ventures, Business Design & Configuration and Sustainability Strategy & Transformation. Ajla has extensive experience from leading strategy and business development engagements across consumer and technology industries. Areas of expertise and experience includes digital and growth strategy, innovation and M&A/ventures focusing on how to grow businesses leveraging tech, data, human centric design and ecosystems/startups.

Charlotta Wikström

Partner | Forensic & Financial Crime

Charlotta Wikström is a Partner within Forensic & Financial Crime. She has led and coordinated large and complex investigations covering several territories including review and analysis of significant amounts of data. She also has experience from large AML projects including KYC remediation. Charlotta has led and coordinated advisory related work including establishing whistleblowing functions and anti-corruption programs at clients. Charlotta is responsible for our Extended Enterprise Risk Management services (EERM) services in Sweden and has experience advising clients on how to structure their contracts with third parties and assisting clients in performing contract compliance projects to assess third party adherence to contractual terms and conditions.
