Johan is a Partner within Strategy, Risk & Transaction Advisory, with a special focus on financial services and private equity.
Johan holds a Master of Economics degree from Hanken School of Economics and has over 25 years of experience in the consulting industry and banking sector. Most recently, he was a Partner and Nordic head of financial institutions at Kearney. He has also held senior roles at Boston Consulting Group, Nordea Wholesale Banking, and McKinsey.
Johan joined Deloitte in March 2026. In his new role, he will be a key figure in the continued development of Deloitte’s advisory services within financial services and private equity in the Nordic market.
