Working Papers of the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration and the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Property Taxes

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia has published the working papers of the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration (LINK – available only in Serbian) and the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Property Taxes (LINK – available only in Serbian).

Pursuant to the measures of the Republic of Serbia to mitigate the consequences of the COVID-19 virus pandemic and protect the health of citizens, remarks, proposals and suggestions are submitted to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia ONLY via e-mail to the following address: - fiskalni.sektor@mfin.gov.rs, no later than 3.30 p.m. on Wednesday November 4th.
