GA Incentives supports an array of equity and cash awards, including Stock Options, Restricted stock Units, Performance Share Plans and Cash Bonuses with coverage across 100+ countries, for both domestic and cross-border calculations. It can calculate income, regional, social and hypothetical tax withholding, including income tax withholding for multiple US states, Canadian provinces, Italian regions and Swiss cantons, taking into account foreign tax credits and US state-to-state credits. In addition to this, it also has the flexibility to support client specific equalisation policies. ​

GA Incentives is a real-time application, with results calculated within seconds. The industry standard response time is 24 hours. Load based servers deliver up to 140 calculations a minute in periods of peak activity, and the system has been stress tested to handle up to 70,000 transactions in a single submission. Since Go Live in March 2007, we have experienced 99.99% server availability exclusive of downtime due to planned maintenance periods.​
