  • Operating Model: A pertinent dimension of enterprise architecture is its operating model, aimed at identifying how EA is executed and how its effectiveness is measured.
  • Methodologies & Standards: This dimension assesses how methodologies, standards and tools shape & support the governance model and align vision, strategy and transformation approach.
  • Architecture Assets: This key area assesses how the quality of assets developed by the architecture functions is created, managed and measured.
